Every Klemm & Co. piece is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because we make our products on demand rather than keeping shelves of inventory, your order will need a little time to be made before it begins its journey to you.
Where We Ship
Klemm & Co. currently ships within Canada.
We’re starting close to home while we get things rolling, with plans to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping within Canada is $9.95 CAD.
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $99 CAD or more, before applicable taxes.
Processing & Delivery Times
Because our products are made to order, please allow approximately 2–5 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment.
Once your order has shipped, standard delivery within Canada is estimated at 5–8 business days.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the product, destination, order volume, carrier delays, weather or holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.
If your order contains more than one item, your pieces may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at hello@thisisklemm.com. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping charge to be sent again.
Delayed or Missing Packages
Delivery dates are estimates, and occasional carrier delays can happen.
If your tracking information hasn’t updated for an extended period or your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@thisisklemm.com with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.
